The Mount Zion Residential School established in 1986 with the objective of providing Quality Education, a C-educational English Medium School following the I.C.S.E Syllabus.
The Mount Zion Residential School is Affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination,New Delhi vide No. KE/015. The school prepares students for the I.C.S.E Examination conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination. A high standard of curricular and co-curricular activities, discipline, development of good moral and social habits which make the children perfect ladies/gentlemen and upright citizens are the salient features of education imparted by this institution.
The academic year starts in June and ends in March. The academic year consists of three terms starting as follows June,September and January. The summer holidays are given from the 4th week of March to the 4th week of May. The mid summer vacation is for a period of sixty days. The school fees will be collected monthly or termly. The medium of instruction is English. The ICSE Syllabus is followed in classes. Pupils will have to register in the entry list for the succeeding year in the begining of class IX choosing their optional subject. The School has a team of well qualified and experienced teachers. We give emphasis to the all round development of the students.
