As the son of Dentist Dr. Subramaniam, he spent most of his free time at the clinic during his school days, observing and helping his father and learning the nuances of not only the craft but also the art of putting patients at ease. Dr. Seetharaman finished his BDS at Rajah Muthiah Dental College, Annamalai nagar, Chidambaram in 1997 and MDS in Orthodontics at Meenakshi Ammal Dental College, Chennai in 2000.
