Al Injaz has a section for the Special Needs, at Al Ansab, recognizing the growing need for Special Education services in Oman and caters to the students whose academic and developmental needs cannot be met through the mainstream education.
Al Injaz International Private School was established in 2004 as a Kindergarten at Al Khuwair. The school added on a class each year to gradually grow into a full fledged Secondary school.
In 2012, the school shifted to its own premises at Al Ansab. It has classes from the Kindergarten to Grade 12.
During the past years, the school has carved a niche for itself for quality education. The IGCSE and GED (Bilingual) system that the school follows, along with the various sports and co-curricular activities, aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and responsible young citizens of the future.

The special educators along with on-campus speech therapist, physiotherapist and occupational therapist work in close co-operation with the parents to ensure overall development of these children. These children are partially integrated with the students of mainstream to develop them socially and functionally.
