Late Jb. The participants, who included Late Jb. Shereef Moulavi, Late Jb. Abdul Ahad Thangal, Late Jb. Pookoya Thangal, Jb. K K Mammunni Moulavi, decided to give life to the idea proposed by Jb. Majeed Saheb by forming Ansari Charitable Trust nominating, from among them, Late Jb. Mohammed Abul Jalal Moulvai as life time Chairman and Jb. Majeed Saheb and Late Jb. Mala Abdul Salam Moulavi as life time Vice Chairman. Late Jb. P K Raheem Saheb was nominated as the first Secretary and Late Jb. V K Usman Saheb was nominated as the first Asst. Secretary.

Abdul Salam Moulavi and Late. Jb. C Ahamu Saheb, decided to establish the first institution – Ansar English School – at the current site for better visibility and accessibility.
