As a part of a multinational holding group with a diverse portfolio in F&B and hospitality across the GCC and Europe, Bach Confluence is our latest venture. Leveraging our extensive expertise, we aim to deliver an enchanting experience for our guests while expanding our presence from Abu Dhabi to other emirates like Dubai.

Coffee has a history that’s both long and richly flavored. The quote comes from an opera composed by Bach, an inspiration behind our café. We were inspired by the story of “Keep quiet, don’t chatter”, or as it’s more commonly known the Coffee Cantata. It’s the story of a man who loves coffee so much that he has more of it than he should. Bach himself was a lover of coffee, and the opera was written as a letter to the magic drink.
He performed the cantata, and many of his other pieces, at a coffeehouse in Leipzig, Germany. Coffeehouses have witnessed some of the big moments of human history. Artists have conceived their greatest works over a cup of coffee. Intellectuals have had their greatest brainstorms in the cozy vibes of a coffeehouse. We fell in love with the role these hubs played throughout history, hosting some of the world’s greatest thinkers and helping them find their inspirations. And we wanted to bring that tradition back to the modern day.
For most of us, coffee is an all-important pick-me-up in the morning. But for many people, coffee inspires and binds. Our coffee at Bach is made from premium Italian coffee beans that are not available anywhere else in Abu Dhabi.
To complement the guest’s drinks, our menu contains a variety of dishes inspired by the great cuisines of the world. Whether you’re coming in the morning for breakfast, joining us for your lunch break, or sitting down to a cozy dinner, we’ve got you covered. And the diversity of our options means that everyone who dines with us will find something to fall in love with, as well as find opportunities to have culinary experiments
