We believe in Early Years children learn best when they are in a caring environment that fosters positive feelings of self-worth and respect. Personal, social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development take place through opportunities to engage in free and carefully structured play, learning activities, and educational games. Adults and children are seen as learning partners, where relationships form a basis for learning and where every child matters, and where each child is supported as they engage in their early year's educational journey.

We firmly believe that children should have the opportunity to be creative, innovative and enterprising. We think of ourselves as facilitators so that they become imaginative, flexible, problem-solving, responsible and resilient.
