This institution was started with the aim of imparting knowledge to the people in and around the school and to have the best education at a very affordable cost. in this competitive world where the medium of communication is the key in any field, our school aim sat focussing mainly to prepare in English.

Mrs K V Chitra, mother of the Correspondent Dr M K Vishnu Prasad was a graduate and a poet in the 1960's. She was fluent in both English and Tamil and her compilation of poems and short stories has been appreciated by the Chief Ministers of Tamilnadu like Shri K Kamarajar, Shri M G Ramachandran and ThiruKalaingar M Karunanidhi. Her interests in rural children have been reflected in the evolution of this school.

Mr M Krishnassswamy, father of the correspondent is born in this area, did his schooling in this area and became a law graduate and reached the pinnacle of the legal fraternity in a very short period. His services to the people of Tamilnadu by the way of Member of Parliament is well known to the entire country. His close association with great leaders like Shri K Kamarajar, Smt.Indira Gandhi, Shri Rahul Gandhi and ThiruKalaingar M Karunanidhi is another jewel in his crown. The Correspondent Dr M K Vishnu Prasad is a doctor by profession, has served this constituency as an MLA and presently a Member of Parliament. His vision to enrich the knowledge of the rural students primarily with English knowledge has been the driving force to start and run this institution.
