Don Bosco School is situated in Hosadu Village Panchayat limits close to Trasi in Kundapura Taluka of Udupi District, Karnataka State. It is run by a Don Bosco Intergrated Rural Development Society, registered under the Karnataka Society’s Registration Act.

Don Bosco School is situated in Hosadu Village Panchayat limits close to Trasi in Kundapura Taluka of Udupi District, Karnataka State. It is run by a Don Bosco Intergrated Rural Development Society, registered under the Karnataka Society’s Registration Act.
The School is located in a 10 acre lush green campus. It was begun in the year 2011 as a response to the people of the locality who were looking out for a quality English medium school. Prior to this, the campus was running non formal / vocational courses for needy rural youth. After running them for a few years, with declining demand, the institute reinvented itself as a formal educational institution.
The School obtained affiliation with the Central Board of Secondary Education in the year 2015. With a short span of time, the school has come to be known as a quality educational centre. The first three batches of 10th std students passed have out with 100% results. Presently the school has 405 students from Nursery to 10th std.
We, Don Bosco School Trasi, strive to promote Holistic Education of the young, especially the poor, to be agents of Transformation, in the Don Bosco Way.
