Expert Coaching Classes is the brain child of the Institute's Founder-Chairman Prof. Narendra L Nayak, who is a dynamic and highly qualified educationalist. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Mysore and a former faculty member of NITK Surathkal, he is a pioneer in the field of coaching, and has been at the helm of Expert Coaching Classes since its inception. Along with his elder brother and co-founder CA S S Nayak, a renowned chartered accountant, the Institution was started in December 1986 by imparting coaching to students aspiring to crack the tough CA examinations. Bagging top All India ranks in the first year itself, the Institution started imparting coaching to science students for facing the First and Second year Pre-University examinations of Karnataka PU Board. Among these students, at least 95% of students get merit seats in Engineering, Medicine and Dental Colleges every year.
