Government Senior Secondary school, sector-45, Chandigarh was established in the year 1986. It is affiliated with C.B.S.E, New Delhi and working under the Education Department, Chandigarh Administration. It is located in ward number 14 of Chandigarh and situated opposite to Lakshmi Narayan Mandir.
The school is co-educational and providing education to approximately 2600 students from Nursery to XII class. The school is working in Single shift. The school offers Humanities and vocational streams (Electrical, Fashion Designing, Information Technology and Automobile at senior secondary level).
