“Don’t limit a child to your own learning, for he was born in another time”….. so said India’s first Nobel Laureate, Rabindranath Tagore, a great teacher. His words hold good to this day and will do so for eternity. There is an imminent paradigm shift in the way of the world and the educational field is no exception. The needs of the market have changed rapidly but so has the cognitive capability of the young ones. As a principal of the new age, Dr.Sundar endeavors to construct an engaging and interactive classroom, where the students traverse beyond the books and get a chance to discover themselves. He grounds his belief that apart from inculcating in the students an academic verve, the school should also infuse a social conscience as well as a spiritual zeal. Instead of thrusting the children with knowledge and hand holding them through each and every step, he considers schools as lighthouses to the students, so that they find the shore and thereby find themselves.
