Hashem Restaurant is a fast food chain, famous for it’s Hommus, Falafel and Fool. It is also considered a tourist spot. It was first founded by Hashem Saber Al-Turk in 1956. A story that begins with the determination and enthusiasm of Hashem Al-Turk and his belief that there is still space in life that allows him to preserve the name that he carried on his shoulders from Jaffa to be passed on to generations after him, so it was that Hashem Al-Turk decided. “Hashim Restaurant was established in 1956 in an alley located on Prince Muhammad Street in the center of the capital, Amman, so that the restaurant became one of its landmarks and stuck to its name.
The beginnings started before more than a century. In 1910, in the beautiful Al-Ajami area, located in the arms of the sea mermaid Jaffa, the vibrant heart of Palestine… the Grandparents founded this great legacy… to begin the journey of success from there, bearing the originality of the past and the rootedness of the future.
