Preparing graduates scientifically and practically to play the role of leaders in society and enabling them to possess the skills of creative thinking and specialized scientific research in the fields of Sharia and law in a manner that takes into account originality, flexibility, and modernity with innovation.

1- Providing opportunities for continuous academic study in the fields of Sharia and law, for male and female students alike, and contributingto providing the regional needs for human cadres in Islamic Sharia and legal sciences, in line with the requirements of the labor market.

2- Providing the means and capabilities that contribute to graduating cadres prepared to work in the fields of: Sharia and civil judiciary, fatwa, advocacy, Sharia and legal consultations, jurisprudential and legal research, the Islamic affairs sector, and Sharia oversight committees in Islamic financial industry institutions, in a manner consistent with the requirements of the era.

3- Preparing preachers, imams, orators and educators, in a way that qualifies them to be good role models who contribute to preparing a moderate, middle-of-the-road generation that understands Islam in a comprehensive way, far from extremism and fanaticism, and with an approach that relies on wisdom and dialogue as a way to spread Islamic culture and call for it.

4- Preparing educated Muslim female preachers with a comprehensive culture in spirit and thought, and giving women their share of acquiring knowledge, so that they can take their natural role in the process of developing society and raising generations and bringing them up in a proper manner, inside and outside the family institution, in an approach that balances between understanding the spirit of Sharia and law and their moral foundations, and understanding the requirements of the era, its horizons and its challenges.

5- Providing the opportunity to acquire the sciences of Sharia according to the approach of our righteous predecessors, based on respecting the legislative principles of the schools of the four great jurists, especially the school of Imam Malik bin Anas, far from the currents of deviation and intellectual and doctrinal extremism.

6- Providing the opportunity to acquire legal sciences in comparison with Islamic law, and to understand their ethical foundations.

7- Continuous commitment to quality performance and sustainable improvement of education services, systems and infrastructure, in order to achieve competitive excellence for graduates in the local and regional labor market.

8- Encouraging scientific research and specialized scientific research, and striving for the college to be an advanced center for research within the country. This is evident by supporting the movement of writing and translation related to the approved specialization, and holding conferences, seminars and workshops within the college, or participating in them outside it.
