The International College of Engineering and Management (ICEM) is a unique Higher Education Institution located in the City of Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman with the principal philosophy being the delivery of niche, specialist programmes.

The College was founded in 1995 and licensed by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MoHERI) and has an extensive vocational training facility which supports and supplements Higher Education. 

ICEM is affiliated with the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) in the United Kingdom which adds value to the academic quality and standards of the programmes. It is ICEM’s ambition to become a University College and is therefore working towards expanding its research, consultancy, and knowledge transfer in the fields of its specialisations.
