IPEM Forum for NEET was established in response to the demands of parents in Bokaro. The founder, Rishi Jha, a renowned physics faculty member, had already produced over 5,000 IITians and NITians for the city. Upon hearing from parents that there was a lack of quality coaching for NEET aspirants in the city, IPEM Forum for NEET was born. The institute's primary goal is to develop a strong foundation in the subjects, particularly in physics and chemistry, through expert and experienced faculty, aiming for scores above 700+. This score is essential for eligibility in top medical colleges like AIIMS Delhi, JIPMER, BHU, KGMC, MJMC, and LHMC Delhi. Recognizing that many NEET aspirants may have weaker mathematical backgrounds, the institute's team members, specializing in physics and chemistry, are graduates from IIT or NIT and excel at teaching mathematical concepts used in these subjects in an easy-to-understand manner. IPEM Forum for NEET's mission is to produce top-ranking students from the city. Their selection process for the one or two-year classroom programs is based on entrance tests conducted by the institute. If a student does not achieve a minimum of 30% marks, they are admitted to create a more conducive learning atmosphere.
