Inspired by Jaycee Ideology a body of likeminded Jaycee was formed under the name "Institute of Individual Development (IID)".
Deteriorating standard of education and declining ethical values have always been a subject of discussion but very little has been done to improve upon.
To do the best to avert this situation, the IID started English Medium School in Gadag, based more on the philosophy of this Global Organization with an aim to educate and train the learners not only for individual glory but also for better human values.
The school opened in 1987 with just 18 pupils on role in LKG and rose with the time to class ten. In order to ensure individual attention and effective teaching, the intake quote to each class is restricted to 30-35.
It has full faith in the dictum 'Better individual better community'. The objective lays emphasis on academic excellence doesn't take precedence over becoming a good human. The very thought of globalization invokes the adage 'Survival of the Fittest' which in turn necessitates motivated learning and effective teaching. The Management, with consent of academicians, leaves no stone unturned to provide with the best of learning and effective facilities and better teaching resources to reach the desired goal. We believe in what is rightly said.
"Pursuit of excellence is an unending process"
Vision
The IID will strive to foster all round development of the individual so that the individual becomes a responsible citizen with a mindset to enrich the community by practicing self discipline, mutual respect and patriotism.
