The future of the nation is in the hands of the young minds and that future is determined by the education they receive today. It is said that education is the barometer of a society’s advancement. 32 years ago when our school Krishnasamy Memorial Matriculation Higher Secondary School was started, education in our district was very much backward compared with what we have today.

The South-Arcot, Cuddalore district had a few schools with needed standard in 1989. The industrial centres like Neyveli and Chidambaram had better schools. Krishnasamy Memorial Matriculation Higher Secondary School had a few hundred students and most of them came from uneducated back-ground. Both parents were illiterates for many of our students in those beginning years. We are offering education with transport and all facilities needed for the overall development of the child.
