KULA (meaning ‘eat’ in Swahili) is a new celebration of cuisine, located at RUW Corner in Riffa, close to the popular Oak Restaurant. It has been beautifully designed, with a stunning, hand-crafted interior to offer you a taste of Africa.

Celebrating the finest cuisine from across the continent, our chefs prepare signature dishes influenced by food from Kenya and East Africa through to Nigeria, Mozambique, South Africa, Ethiopia, Morocco and much more. Prepare to discover a wide range of taste sensations with subtle spices, aromatic Cape Malay curries, and exquisite seafoods from Zanzibar and the Seychelles.

Kula challenges you to explore sensational recipes - some traditional and others a fusion between tribal and international cuisine. We draw inspiration from African street food; from the bazaars of Morrocco; the fish markets of East Africa and more. Our aim is to celebrate the richness and diversity of Africa through presenting its cuisine in a vibrant medley of flavours and styles.
