Lisieux English School is owned and managed by Little Flower Church, Nadel, Vaikom. Its Vicar is the Manager and custodian of the school. In the smooth running of the school, Manager is assisted by the Managing Committee, the members of which are Fr. Vicar, Kaikkarans, Fr. Asst. Vicar and the Regent Brothers. The Manager formulates the policies and takes the administrative decisions in consultation with School Governing Body, Parish Council and Education Council. To ensure the smooth and efficient academic functioning, the Manager appoints HM/Principal, Staff and other functionaries of the school.
