Dr. G. Subramaniam and Dr. M. Premalakshmi formed the M. G. Education and Health Care Charitable Trust in 1998. The trust apart from giving financial assistance to the underprivileged in various educational institutions started M. G. Public Matriculation Higher Secondary School in the year 2002 in a rented building at Bharathi Nagar. In 2005, the school was shifted to the present location with 7 acres and 11 cents of land.

With the changing preferences and insistence from parents to educate their children in CBSE curriculum, M. G. Educational and Health Care Charitable Trust started M.G. Public School [CBSE] in the academic year 2016-17 as a primary school and now we are gradually moving to Senior Secondary School.

Inspired by swami Vivekananda’s concept of ‘Man Making Education’. We care for children’s physical and mental wellbeing and give special attention to express every child’s individuality in a better way.

As a part of holistic development of a child, M. G. offers a rich experience for children by offering value based education which inculcates confidence, intellectual curiosity, harmony, creativity to become renowned citizens of tomorrow.
