Muscat College is well known for the quality of its academic Programmes, supporting facilities and services, which aim at providing students with a true college education. The College offers Advanced Diploma Programmes in affiliation with the Scottish Qualification Authority (SQA). In addition, the College has a partnership with the University of Malaysia Pahang offering Bachelor with Honours Programmes.

Studying in Muscat the modern capital of Oman, is an experience that offers a unique combination of old and new. From the architectural masterpieces of Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque and the Royal Opera House, to its rugged mountain backdrop and breath-taking beaches, this city never fails to entertain or inspire. There is so much to do in Muscat like Snorkelling, diving and trekking, Sightseeing, and Dolphin watching.

Muscat College started its affiliation with the University of Stirling in 2003, and in 2007 it was expanded to a new Memorandum of Association to offer four-year Honours degree programmes. It commenced the first Master’s Degree Programme (MSc Management) in 2018 and another programme MSc Big Data in 2019. In May 2021, both parties agreed to phase out the partnership with the last intake in September 2022 for Undergraduate Programmes and no other intake to any Master Programme. All enrolled students on the programme will continue on their courses during the agreed teach out phase until they complete their respective programmes.

Muscat College is committed to developing programmes with appropriate academic experiences attractive to students in line with the sustainable development objectives of the Sultanate of Oman Vision 20-40 and guided by the College’s Strategic Plan 2020-25. The College is currently in the process of developing new programmes with leading International Universities.
