The New Indian Model School, Dubai was the first endeavor and realization of the dream of its founder Dr. M.K. Kamaluddin, who has envisaged the establishment of an institution that offers affordable and most modern education to the Indian community. This School was inaugurated on 1st May, 1980 by H.E. Rashid Abdulla Thaha, Deputy Minister of Education, in the presence of Hon. Late. C.H. Mohammed Koya, the Chief Minister of Kerala and Mr. Muthu Venkataramanan, the Consul General of India. The New Indian Model School, Dubai, completing 40 glorious years in the field of education, enjoys the distinction of sending the largest number of candidates to SSLC and Higher Secondary Examinations of Kerala State, among the schools in the Gulf countries. The school focuses it’s attention on imparting quality education for all without any distinction or discrimination and keeps it affordable to all. The track record of the school in the SSLC examinations since 1985 prompted the Government of Kerala to permit the school to teach Higher Secondary syllabus and be the examination center for Higher Secondary examination of the State in 1993, thus becoming the first such school outside Kerala.
The school holds the rare distinction of preparing and presenting students for Class 10 and 12 examinations of the CBSE since 1987. In all the board examinations the school secures 100% results, with more than 80% of students achieving distinction (75% and above).
