Nirmals’ Eye Hospital has a simple system for admission and discharge. All patients scheduled for a surgical intervention undergo pre-anesthetic evaluation and have a specific an anesthetic plan. Written instructions are given to all inpatients upon discharge.

Management of Medications: Nirmals’ Eye Hospital has a basic drug list that is known and used by all doctors. Has adequate supply of drugs with valid shelf-life at all times. Has a system to purchase, store, and dispense drugs. Upon dispensing the drugs, the Pharmacist, Paramedical Staff, /Nurse or Counsellor gives simple and clear written/verbal instructions to patients.
