In OCMT, we are escalating with full confidence to attain our goal as a distinguished educational institution in the Sultanate.  We have been pursuing this culmination by effectuating a remarkable student-centered educational process as well as a proper and effective mechanism to plan and implement which will dispense diverse knowledge which equips and enables the students to meet the challenges to be good leaders, initiators moreover good citizens of the country. 

Here, we have taken it upon ourselves the culture of empowering our students to critical thinking skills to reach the highest level of creativity and innovation.  We also aim to enhance our student’s expertise by giving them opportunities to freedom of expression, effective and intelligible communication to empower them to work as a team wherever they go.

 In this milieu, it is our belief that the educational process is a ceaseless process without boundaries. In this undertaking, we have been very keen to teach our students the necessary skills to enable them to achieve a lifelong self-learning by introducing them to various modern technology as the tool of the age and the future.

 So, therefore they can habituate to different work patterns.  Apart from that, the moral guidance, and solid human values such as mutual respect, honesty, tolerance, intellectual openness, respect for the diversity of culture and ideas that they receive during educational process would definitely make them a mature and competent citizen. 

Therefore, achieving all said above would necessarily mould them capable of facing the challenges of a dynamic modern society with par excellence.  In order to carry out and consummate this we have well qualified and trained cadres executing the vision to reach the desired goal without compromising the centrality which is serving the community in line with national priorities and dire needs.
