We offer entire travel related services including airline reservations and ticketing, hotel reservations, Apartment and Villa rentals at selected destinations, Car rental bookings, Cruise holidays and Theme Park reservations & Train tickets for most European rail companies. We can also provide International Driving Permit and Travel & Medical Insurance.
We always value the comfort of our valued clients. In 2016 we opened a dedicated family and premium lounge exclusively to serve the families, VIPs and CIPS. Our dedicated family and premium lounge are in Kharaitiyat. This outlet is functional from 09 am to 10 pm Saturday to Thursday

Our specialty lounge located inside Gulf mall in Gharrafa is designed for our valued business travelers and families. This outlet is open from 9 am to 10 pm Saturday to Thursday and from 4 pm to 11 pm on Friday.
All our outlets are automated with the state-of-the-art real time reservation systems and Global Distribution Systems. This ensures seamless entry to the inventory of all airlines and hotel partners.
Our inventory includes ticketing facilities of major international airlines including budget and low-cost airlines. As our KHARAITIYAT branch is operating 24 hours; we can cater to clients even in the middle of the night. We are always able to find seats on the lower inventory due to this facility.
Using our long-term relationship with our partners around the globe, we can make hotel reservations anywhere at our client’s discretion. The majority of our destination management company partners and OTA s are directly connected with various hotel chains using the XML connectivity We also have direct deals with majority of the international hotel chains.
We provide car rentals, Self-drive and chauffer services in majority of the cities. Many of our partners have the fleet of Luxury cars, limousines, and bigger vehicles. We also provide Limo buses for luxury long haul transfers at selected destinations.
