JNV Mukhla
This Vidyalaya was established in the year 1991 in temporarily site at Riaturiem,Jowai . In the year 2005 the Vidyalaya was shifted to the permanent site located in the Village Mukhla which is 1.5km from the National Highway. The school campus covers around 30 acres of forested hillside with its buildings connected by steep and windy paths and offering spectacular views at every turn. The Vidyalaya is surrounded by the grove of pine trees on the National Highway (NH-44), at Mukhla.
To provide facilities, at a suitable stage, for instruction through a common medium, viz., Hindi and English, all over the country.
Offer a common core-curriculum to ensure comparability in standards and to facilitate and understand the common and composite heritage of our people.
