Qurum International Private School (QIPS) was founded in 1983 as an independent, co-educational, monolingual school and started with approximately 90 students and 12 teachers. The school quickly grew and the bilingual and international programmes were later added. In 1998 the school had grown to 698 students who were taught by 61 teachers in 34 classrooms. Today the school has an enrolment of over 1000 students from kindergarten to Grade 12 and employs more than 100 teachers from various parts of the globe to deliver a world class curriculum.

We aim to provide quality education that equips our students to think critically, instilling in them an internationalperspective necessary to function in a multicultural world.

Students are divided into 3 levels, each level having its own purpose-built premises, namely: Kindergarten, Elementary (Grade 1 to Grade 6) and Secondary (Grades 7 to 12).

The school is under the supervision of the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman and offers the Omani National Bilingual and Monolingual
