Royal Crown School (RCS) has established itself as one of the Private British International schools in Doha, Qatar. The school is approved by the Ministry of Education offering a broad and balanced education to children from all around the world. We are a unique school that places the well being of our students and the interests of our community at the heart of everything we do.
It is our goal that every student is given the tools to make a positive difference during their time with us – to their own life and to other’s lives. Our Vision and Mission capture the school’s ethos and values, where students thrive in a nurturing yet challenging environment – able to achieve the best possible educational outcomes and to flourish as individuals during the experience.
Currently, as a Primary British International school, we follow the Cambridge Curriculum framework for English, Mathematics, Science and ICT. We also follow the Ministry of Education in regards to Islamic Studies, Arabic, and Qatar History which is taught in Arabic and English Languages. In addition, we include Quran, Art, and Physical Education within our curriculum setting.
Being aware of the importance of combining STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) subjects, Royal Crown School offers Robotics sessions that use fun and hands-on projects. Our experienced and passionate teachers will use the Cambridge Primary Curriculum and the Ministry curriculum as platforms to develop the best possible education for our young students.
This rich academic programme will be complemented by a strong focus on the development of each student’s character and personal strengths. Keeping this development in mind, our pastoral care programme has been carefully designed to engender confidence and resilience in all of our students. Parents are mostly welcome to visit the school at any time to address the administration for any queries through appointments allocation. We also welcome any feedback or suggestions from all our stakeholders.
