Recommended for people in and around Hamdaan Street . I have become a great fan of this restaurant , especially for the breakfast - My favorite is the hot Poori Bhaji and the Masala Tea.

Checking out another Indian restaurant! Wanted to eat thosai but ended up eating their butter naan with Kolapuri Chicken! It tasted yummy! All their Singapore dishes is spelled as Singapuri, eg “Chicken Singapori fried rice”, “Chicken Singapori” “Vegg Singapori Noodles”! BTW their drinks are dirt cheap, their masala tea served in a cup & saucer & their bottled water is only AED 1 each! Wow! That’s a steal

Been to Subhiksha restaurant couple of times for lunch and I did enjoy the food there. North Indian dishes like Veg Jalfrezi, Kofta Curry are something to die for. The service is quite okay and they are reasonably quick too. For the kind of yummy food they serve, I wish the place maintains the wash area in a much better condition.

I am fussy about my food choices. But vola! All the kitchen staff are indians from reputed indian restaurants who are experts. Their vegetarian and non-vegetarian fare was simply awesome and special attention to quality and taste. I had recommended this restaurant to some of my colleagues from UK, US and europe and most of them said "its not even close to the indian food they have tasted in their countries"
