It is only through education, the treasures, talents and capacities latent in the individual is revealed and enable mankind to benefit therefrom. Therefore, proper and true education is the indispensable foundation of all human excellence and allows man to work his way to the heights of abiding glory. It is the foundation of an ever-advancing civilization and the bedrock of the human development.
