I have always believed that if you don’t believe in yourself or work with your strengths, there is no institution or book that can help you make it to your dream university. In the past two decades in this industry, I have come across students who have broken the ceiling of self-doubt, challenged the status quo, risen above their weakness, and capitalised on their strengths.

UniHawk has a special modus operandi. Just like every superhero has unique superpowers, we have our own, which is SECI. We believe that helping a student achieve their goals, harness their untapped potential, and hone their skillset requires a process beyond academics. SECI is that process. It stands for Socialisation, Externalization, Combination, and Internalization.

Just like our students, everyone at UniHawk is constantly learning to build an institution that performs at a high level of integrity, honesty, accountability, inclusion, empathy, and eagerness to help students achieve their goals. Our pride is not in the number of students we work with, but in the difference we are able to make to their lives. We nurture our students to become trail blazers and set precedences like no other.
