After few years working in kuwait in a local restaurant company,
In 2016, driven by my unwavering passion for food, I embarked on a daring culinary adventure by opening Vigonovo, my first restaurant in Kuwait. Named after my cherished hometown in Northern Italy, Vigonovo aimed to bring an authentic taste of Italy to the Kuwaiti market.
Despite the initial hurdles, I persevered, offering home catering services and pouring my heart into crafting genuine Italian dishes, always accompanied by a charismatic smile.
As Vigonovo’s popularity finally soared, we reopen our store, a new location in April 2019 at Al Khaleejia Tower, the inaugural tower in Kuwait City. Subsequently, in 2022, we further expanded the restaurant to accommodate our growing clientele.
On January 14, 2021, a date coinciding with my sister Giulia’s birthday, I proudly introduced Giulia Restaurant in Shuwaikh Industrial Area—a heartfelt tribute to her and a fusion of Italian culinary heritage with contemporary flair.
In the same year, we inaugurated a sprawling central kitchen, spanning 350 square meters, serving as a hub of artisanal craftsmanship where we meticulously prepare bread, pastas, sauces, and everything needed for our restaurants from scratch.
Continuing to diversify, on December 25, 2023, I ventured into the gourmet burger scene with a shop in Shuwaikh Cove Complex, catering to Kuwait’s discerning palate and expanding our culinary offerings.
Presently, my vision extends beyond Kuwait as I work towards transforming my Sicilian farm into a nature-inspired retreat, honoring ancestral traditions and offering guests immersive farm-to-table experiences.
Excitingly, I’m on the brink of unveiling my latest project—a culmination of years of dreams, dedication, and collaboration. While details remain under wraps, I’m eager to introduce yet another culinary and hospitality gem, promising a fusion of passion, innovation, tradition and Italy!
