A proposal for establishing an Educational Institution in English Medium for the upliftment of the members of the society at large was put forward by Elder Members of our locality and the well-wishers of the society. Therefore a general meeting was convened in March 1997 and they decided to form a registered Charitable Trust. A subcommittee has been constituted for this purpose which include

As a result of the working of the committee, Mohyiddeen Educational and Charitable Trust was formed with 51 Members. In April 1997 a committee was constituted for the administrations of theTrust. The Office of the Trust functioned temporarily at “ BUKHARI MANZIL”, the residence of the Chairman Mr. C.B. Abdul Kadir (SP, Retd.) . In the Ist meeting of the Managing Committee held on 5th July 1997 unanimously decided to start a CBSE School “Viswadeepti Vidyalaya Public School” and constituted a Managing Committee of the School with the following members.
The school was inaugurated in a rented building (Kalappurakkal House) at Kongorpilly on 24th May 1998 by the famous poet “Kunjunni Master”.
By the grace of God, the School started functioning on 3rd June1998 with LKG,UKG and Ist Standard. The youth wing of our Association “SARANG” helped a lot by conducting a Magic Show and the amount was the Stepping stone for starting the School.
In the year 1999, the Trust purchased the land at Karingamthuruth. Since the property purchased for the School was far away from Chirayam, Panayikulam, there was a general opinion that the school should be located in or around Chirayam, Panayikulam area. Our chairman and Founder Mr. C.B. Abdul Khadir was kind enough to provide his property adjacent to Main Road at Chirayam for the School in exchange of the School property at Karingamthuruth.
The Foundation Stone for the School was laid by Justice M.M. Pareed Pillai in the newly acquired property at Chirayam on 28th May 2000 in the presence of Mr. T. O. Bava, the veteran opposition leader
In the year 2000, the MEC Trust was changed to a Registered Public Trust named “ Viswadeepthi Educational and charitable Trust” lead by Mr. C.B. Abdul Kadir as chairman and Dr. C.M.
